Dutch judge orderes Ministry of Justice to make public MH17 minutes of meetings
A Dutch judge ordered the Dutch Ministry of Justice to make public minutes of meetings of minister meetings in the weeks after the MH17 shot down.
RTL Nieuws, NOS and Volkskrant filed a Freedom of Information request in October 2014. After many delays and court cases now finally the Dutch Ministry is forced to reveal the documents.

The judge stated that he does not see any reasons to keep the documents secret. Dutch Ministry has 6 weeks to make the documents public or to appeal at a higher court.
