Dutch Minister Koenders requests Russia to fully cooperate to UN resolution 2166

Dutch Minister of Foreign Affairs  Koenders spoke in Munich with Russia Minister of Foreign Affairs Lavrov.

According a Tweet of the Dutch Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Koenders requested Lavrov to fully cooperate on execution of United Nations resolution 2166.

United Nations Security Council Resolution 2166, concerning the shootdown of Malaysia Airlines Flight 17, was sponsored byAustralia  and adopted unanimously on 21 July 2014. The resolution expressed support for the “efforts to establish a full, thorough and independent international investigation into the incident in accordance with international civil aviation guidelines” and called on allUnited Nations member states “to provide any requested assistance to civil and criminal investigations”
