Former head of Ukraine secret service states BUK that downed MH17 was operated by Russian crew

Valentyn Nalyvaichenko, former head of Ukraine’s Security Service (SBU), at the that the BUK TELAR which downed MH17, killing 298 people, was operated by a Russian crew.
In September 2016, the Joint Investigation Team which is responsible for the criminal investigation, made public it has strong evidence the BUK TELAR was brought in from Russia, and transported back to Russia after the downing.
Nalyvaichenko also mentioned two names of persons identified by SBU as responsible for the downing; Russian national Igor Girkin and Ukraine national Igor Plotnitsky. Dutch TV program ZEMBLA earlier in March showed footage of an interview with Nalyvaichenko. In this interview four names of suspects were mentioned.
At 5:44 in the video recording of the speech by Nalyvaichenko, he tells that suspects should be prosecuted in an Ukrainian court. That is a remarkable statement as the countries part of the Joint Investigation Team agreed on a court case in The Hague, the Netherlands. He repeats ‘Ukrainian court’ at 6:34 into the video.
Nalyvaichenko in the end of the presentation states Ukraine should be member of NATO.

One if the two Ukrainian pilots that was in the air when MH17 went down has shot himself.
I wonder if the Dutch know who the second one is and if they can (or want to) exfiltrate him
There is absolutely no factual evidence that there was any Ukraine pilot in the air.
It is fully proven that there was no military airplane near MH17 when it was shot.

Only non-civilian device in the air was Russian military aircraft, also that was ~30km from MH17 crash.
There was no second one. And no first one either. Voloshin has always denied the allegation from former colleague Agapov who defected to Russia. And there is no evidence for the allegation whatsoever. When will this fighter jet nonsense stop?
Well we have intercepts saying there was:
“Nikolaievich… a bird is flying toward you,”
And then there was the plane that suddenly popped out of MH17’s radar shadow when it went down.
That is total nonsense.
You can see with your own eyes that there was no other plane near MH17.

Glad to see that you take the SBU intercepts seriously and even see them as your property, Mr Lamb. And indeed, a “bird” was heading towards the raptor hunters. Unfortunately the spotter could only guess about the sort of “bird” as it was too cloudy. Then the hunters aimed and shot at “some bird”… Oops, a swan, not a hawk. Which the hunters found out when they reached the dead “bird” in the field.
