More Kremlin nonsense on MH17: “video’s of BUK transport found on social media are made using computer graphics editing tools”
The Joint Investigation Team presented during a pressconference at May 24 2018 evidence that a BUK TELAR which belonged to the Russian 53 Anti Aircraft Missile brigade based near the city of Kursk, Russia was transported into Eastern Ukraine at July 17/July 18, 2014. This BUK TELAR was used to shot down flight MH17.
In a response to this news, the Russian Ministry of Defense replied stating :
“the determination of the Dutch-led investigation to justifying its conclusions by solely using images from social networks that have been expertly altered with computer graphic editing tools.”
This statement is another lie by Russian authorities. The video’s JIT used were made between June 23-June 25 2014 and published on vKontake and YouTube well before the shotdown of MH17 at July 17, 2014.
I wrote various blogposts about the many lies told by Kremlin. For example here, here , here and here.
If the statement of Russia would make sense, someone (Russia stated the Ukraine Secret Service) produced these videos using computer graphic editing tools knowing that a couple of weeks later MH17 would be shot down.
The statement is of an incredible stupidness by Russian authorities in an attempt trying to deny the responsibility for the downing of MH17.
