Prime Minister Rutte has to decide before October 19 on WOB request

Dutch court Rechtbank Midden Holland ruled at September 7 2017 that Prime minister Rutte has 6 weeks time to decide on a WOB (Freedom of Information request) submitted by Dutch media RTL Nieuws.

RTL Nieuws requested to make public the interview report of the ‘Evaluatie Nationale Crisisbeheersingsoperatie Vlucht MH17’. Rutte spoke to researchers about the handling of the MH17 disaster.

So far Rutte did not make clear why he does not want to release the interview report.
