Relatives of MH17 victims demand recordings of Schiphol security camera’s

Relatives of MH17 victims are trying for three years now to watch the last moving pictures of their loved ones before they boarded MH17. 34 security camera’s at Schiphol airport recorded passengers inside the terminal building.

Dutch RTL Nieuws reports about this news on April 22 2017.

The Dutch Public Prosecutor so far refused to hand over recordings. It states it is impossible to watch hours of video of 34 camera’s to determine if a passenger on MH17 can be seen on it. Also the quality of some recordings is not very good.

However two families have seen the images made by security camera’s and even possess the recordings.

Minister Blok of Ministry for Security and Justice recently promised relatives  he would discuss the matter with the Prosecution Service.
