This video shows various Ukraine BUK TELARS and a Command Post during a press briefing. The video was published by Ukraine media Fakty at July 19 2014.

The video was made in the Kiev Oblast according Aric Toler of Bellingcat. Bellingcat latest project which is being worked on is tracking the Ukraine BUK movements.

The Youtube video is different from the Fakty video.

BUK  seen are 330 (loader) and 335 (TELAR). The command post is 135.
